  • With proper care, lash extensions can last 2–3 weeks before needing a refill. Retention depends on your natural lash cycle and how well you follow aftercare.

  • Yes, if your lashes were done by another artist, please book a removal with your full set. I do not work over other lash techs’ work.

  • Consider a headband or sweatband to keep sweat from dripping directly into your eyes during workouts. Avoid heavy sweating or steamy environments (like saunas or hot yoga) for the first 24-48 hours after your lash appointment — this helps your lashes cure properly.

  • Cancellations made less than 48hrs before your appointment will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. No-shows will be charged 100%.

  • No, I do not perform foreign fills. A removal + new set is required if your previous lashes weren’t done by me.

  • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Anything over that may result in cancellation and fees applied please contact us ASAP
